I Ketut Sarna
I Ketut Sarna lives in a village in the west of Bali. Almost all men in that village are farmers. They are using traditional ways in farming because their village is located in a remote area. As a result they cannot get the best result from their farming activities.

I Ketut Sarna got an information from his friend who live in another village. His friend is a successful farmer because he already uses modern farming methods and also he uses high quality paddy seeds. I Ketut Sarna wants to be pioneer in the modern farming method in his village. He also wants to pioneering the usage of high quality paddy seeds.

Therefore he applied for a loan of IDR 6 million (around USD 550) from Dinari foundation. He also requested to be guided by Dinari Foundation's farming specialist so he can succeed in this. He is hoping that he can succeed in this so he can inspire his fellow village men.

I Ketut Sarna ingin menjadi pelopor untuk mengadakan perubahan didesanya.
