Mr. Komi G. is 31 year old. He is married and has 2 children. He lives in the village of Wome, a small town approximately 130 kilometers from Lomé, the Togolese capital. To provide for his family, Komi operates a taxi-moto business. Komi picks up passengers along the road with his motorcycle, and drops them off at their destination. This service is always in demand in Wome as there is no electricity in this village and people must often travel further than walking distance to take care of business. Komi hopes to use this loan, through Kiva, to buy a new motorcycle. With the profits that he will earn from his business over the next year, Komi will be able send his children to school and provide for his wife and family
