Mr. Kak K., 26, is a resident of Kompong Tom Province. He is a motorcycle taxi (tuk tuk) driver; driving his passengers from place to place in his province. He can earn up to $6 each day. His wife, Mrs. Moal Srymao, 24, sells groceries and also takes care of one young child. K. seeks a $800 loan to buy a motorcycle taxi to replace his old one. The loan will make his family's living conditions better.

The organization provides microfinance services to the poor, particularly women, in urban and rural areas. Kiva lenders’ funds will be used to expand the outreach of HKL’s financial services to a greater number of clients in rural areas of Cambodia.
