Nidia Del Carmen
The nacatamal is a typical Nicaraguan food, and Mrs. Nidia P. prepares nacatamales in the city of Masaya. She learned to make them thanks to the support of her mother, who taught her how to prepare them from a very young age, so that it would serve her as a business with which she could support her children.

Today, she has come to Ceprodel to ask for loans that will help her buy the necessary ingredients, such as mint leaves, onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, and pork. She hopes quite confidently that she will receive her loan, and in this way will improve her household's economic situation.
