Martha Beatriz Pérez Méndez tiene la edad de 38 años, su estado civil es acompañada, esta Joven tiene 3 hijos su hijo mayor de 19 años cursa recientemente el 3 año de secundaria, su otro hijo de 18 años trabaja en el lavado de carros y su hijo menor de 11 años cursa el 4 grado de primaria, su compañero de vida labora taxista, sus sueños son de establecer su negocio en su casa de habitación y en sus propósitos esta darle mejoras a su vivienda ya que es una de las prioridades por la ella lucha ya que desea dejarle a sus hijos un lugar que sea de su propiedad.


Su actividad económica es la venta de ropa como lo es: pantalones, camisetas, camisas para varón y ropa interior, el tiempo que tiene de poseer el negocio es de 15 años, ella inicia con un negocio de auto lavado y decide que necesita mas ingresos para su familia y entonces que decide por cuenta propia realizar la venta de ropa mixta para mujer y varón y mas tarde decide realizar un financiamiento que este destinado para capital de trabajo ya que se avecina los días festivos y tiene que ofrecer variedad de producto en lo que efectuara las compras en Managua por lo que necesita movilizarse para efectuar estas gestiones
