Mrs. Oyuntsetseg, 23 years old, lives with her mother in Darkhan, the second largest city of Mongolia. Her father left her and her family a long time ago. Her mother has raised her all on her own. Her mother, with the help of Oyuntsetseg, succeeded in running the pharmacy for 14 years.
Currently her mother is working at a medical college and Oyuntsetseg herself is running the pharmacy. She is requesting a loan of 4,000,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik) to buy drugs, tablets and antibiotics in large amounts. By doing so, she can continue to run her business without worrying about inventory shortages.
About Credit Mongol
Credit Mongol is the largest non-banking financial institution (NBFI) in Mongolia. Its mission is to contribute to the prosperity of Mongolians by providing high-quality, affordable and varied financial services to micro-entrepreneurs and small-to-medium-sized businesses. It prioritizes serving remote, rural populations that have typically lacked access to credit and other financial services. Uniquely, it offers solar panel loans to nomadic herders, most of whom live without electricity.
