Venâncio Bernardo M. is from the city of Matola--one of the urban districts of the Maputo province. He is 28 years old, married and has 2 sons--ages 2 and 6 respectively. Venancio is attending the 11th grade; he goes to school in the evenings, and he works selling home-made articles and food, including sodas, during the day. Daily, this generates an income of 600,00mt which he is able to save a portion of.
