El señor Freddy Bayardo A. tiene la edad de 36 años habita en Reparto Juan Ramón Padilla, junto a su esposa, ellos no tiene hijos, la esposa de don Freddy trabaja como domestica en una casa particular, para ayudarle con los gastos de la casa. El señor tiene proyecto futuro para hacer su vivienda ya que ellos están en un cuarto que le dio su mamá de su suegra. Este señor trabaja como vendedor ambulante desde hace dos años, el solicita C$ 8,000.00 córdobas para comprar frutas y verduras el ya tiene un mercado definido el cual entrega su producto. La mayor dificultad es la falta de financiamiento.
