La agricultura es una actividad solamente apta para toda aquella persona que ama la tierra como a una madre, como una engendradora de futuros para la vida. Buenos futuros de esperanzas para generaciones siguientes, de 42 años de edad que tiene cuatro hijos que son buenos estudiantes en la escuela de la comunidad donde el vive.

La actividad que el dignamente realiza bajo un sol agotador es de agricultor, la producción que el realiza es la siembra de papas, zanahorias, repollos y maíz que para el es un buen campo para generar buenos ingresos económicos para el sostenimiento de su familia y mejorar las condiciones de vida de su familia y comunidad. La segunda actividad que realiza es de jornalero en los alrededores de la comunidad.

El uso respectivo que el dará al crédito gestionado es para la compra de de semillas de papas y la compra de fertilizantes orgánicos para así tener una buena cosecha y poner a las disposición sus productos de la mejor calidad a su comunidad. Uno de las aspiraciones de Juan es la compra de mas terrenos para la aplicación de sus cultivos que el realiza y ver que sus hijos se convierten en profesionales en los diferentes campos de la vida.
