Mr. Sovann H. is a villager in Preak Thom village in Kandal Province. He works a construction worker to earn his living. His wife, Mrs. Soum Art, owns a small place where she sells meals with many kinds of beer.
In his business, Mr. Sovann H. is facing a small problem because his restaurant is too old and makes his customers uncomfortable. Thus, he decided to ask for a loan to add to his saving to build a new restaurant. He hopes to increase his income and add more customers with this solution. He is 44 years old and the father of four children. One of his children is a construction worker, another is employed in garment factory, and the others are attending the local school.
