La señora Jackelline V., trabajo desde muy joven en diferentes instituciones como asalariada, y a pesar de su corta edad, con sus ahorros pudo comprar un terreno en la zona sur de La Paz. Tiempo despues decide formar su familia, por lo cual deja de trabajar para dedicarse integramente a su hogar para atender además a un hijo con problemas de salud; es así que con el fin de lograr ingresos para construir su casa, decide aportar a la familia con otro tipo de ingresos abre su negocio de repostería vendiendo, empanadas, berlines, queques y tortas.
Es así como empieza a vender sus productos en la zona sur de la ciudad de La Paz, Bolivia, y actualmente es muy conocida en la zona.
