La señora Lucia, es una persona sencilla, mayor de edad de estado civil casada, por diversas circunstancias dsolo llego a estudiar hasta el nivel primario, vive en su casa propia junto a su esposo y sus hijos, ambos se dedican a la agricultura, su casa es de construcción rustica ubicada en la provincia Tiraque del departamento de Cochabamba. Tiene dos hijos pequeños que asisten a la escuela para tener una mejor educación. Su principal actividad económica es la producción agrícola, los productos que cultiva son papa, arveja en vaina verde, avena en seco, trigo en seco, maíz seco y cebada. Siembra en su propio terreno que compro con mucho esfuerzo. La señora es una persona responsable y trabajadora, para ampliar y mejorar su producción se ve en la necesidad de solicitar un credito para la compra de insumos agrícolas y abono orgánico, para así aumentar sus ingresos económicos que vayan a mejorar sus condiciones de vida.
