Easther is 38 years old and lives in the town of Abaita in the Kampala region of Uganda. She is married and has 3 children who are all currently in school. For the past 5 years, Easther has been working hard to manage her hairdressing salon.
To help expand her business, Easther has requested a loan of 3,000,000 UGX from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to buy hair products and open up a massage section within the salon and will help Easther to generate greater profits and meet daily costs. Easther hopes that in the future she will be able to open up another branch.
