Juan was born in Satipo, a region of Junin between the mountains and Peruvian rain forest. He came to Lima in order to study and to be able to excel in life. His family lives in their hometown and he lives alone in the capital with his older brother who helps him financially since his parents barely earn enough to survive with what they make selling the fruits and tubers that they harvested on the their farm.
He studies business administration and currently is taking his final course. He is close to graduating however financial problems may prevent from fulfilling him dreams if he does not have the support of Kiva lenders.
He is very interested in continuing to study and having his technical courses officially recognized by a university. In doing this, he will be able to expand his knowledge in human resources, an area that he would like to work in as a professional.
He wishes to ask and at the same thank the Kiva investors for their support in taking this final step towards his professional degree. Additionally he wants to say that he will work from the outset to ensure the repayment of the loan they're giving him. He understands that thanks to this money he will be able to study and finish his career and that the repayment is vital for Kiva investors to continue helping young eager people fulfill their dreams. He believes education is the vital point for achieving those dreams.
Julio nació en Satipo, departamento de Junin entre la sierra y selva peruana y vino a Lima para estudiar y poder superarse en la vida. Sus familia se encuentra en su lugar de origen y el vive solo en la capital junto a su hermano mayor quien lo ayuda económicamente ya que sus padres apenas ganan lo suficiente para sobrevivir con lo que les generan la venta de frutas y tubérculos que cosechan en su chacra.
El estudia administración de empresas y actualmente cursa su ultimo ciclo y esta próximo a graduarse, sin embargo problemas económicos podrían impedir que cumpla sus sueños de no contar con el apoyo de los prestamistas de Kiva.
El esta muy interesado en seguir estudiando y convalidar sus estudios técnicos en alguna universidad que se lo permita para así poder profundizar sus conocimientos en el área de recursos humanos, área donde le gustaría desempeñarse al ser profesional.
