Unfortunately due to a lack of economic resources he could not study for a career as he had to work from an early age to help with the household expenses. Thanks to his effort and desire to get ahead he works raising and selling pigs a business he does at his house. He works at his business 8 hours a day, offering his product.

The objective of the loan is to increase his working capital buying a group of pigs to raise and sell. Juan is grateful for the support that the lenders at Kiva provide to people of meager resources in poor countries like Nicaragua so that they can enjoy dignified work.

Juan de 30 años de edad, con dos hijos menores de edad, es originario del Sauce, lugar que está ubicado en la zona norte del país, se caracteriza por ser trabajador, responsable, con ganas de superación personal. Lamentablemente por falta de recursos económico no pudo cursar una carrera y se vio obligado a trabajar desde temprana edad para ayudar con los gastos del hogar.
Gracias a su esfuerzo y sus ganas de salir adelante tiene por actividad económica la crianza y venta de cerdos, actividad que la realiza en su casa de habitación. Ella dedica a su negocio unas ocho horas diarias ofreciendo el producto. El objetivo del crédito es invertir en capital de trabajo y compra un lote de cerdos en pie para la crianza y venta. Juan agradece la ayuda que los inversionistas kiva les brindan a personas de escasos recursos y países pobre como es Nicaragua para tener un medio de trabajo digno.
