El señor Fidel es una persona joven, tranquilo y trabajador con la voluntad de superase en la vida, maneja sus actividad económicas con responsabilidad y tiene capacidad técnica para administrar su fuente de trabajo de donde genera sus ingresos, trabaja en un taller de mecánica junto con sus hermanos ubicado en la misma población de Tiraque del departamento de Cochabamba, de estado civil soltero sin dependientes económicos, no tiene casa propia, vive en la casa de su padre junto con sus hermanos, actualmente se ve en la necesidad de solicitar un crédito para la compra de herramientas y mejorar su taller de mecánica de esa manera podrá incrementar sus ingresos y mejorar su calidad de vida.
