Robert deals in produce, primarily beans, in addition to a transport business in Hoima, Uganda. He started the business to improve the standard of living of his family. Robert desires to expand the business into new markets, supplying as far as the capital city. However, bad roads hinder delivery of his services to his customers. Robert will use the loan to buy beans to sell.

This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
