This group of thirty women belongs to the village finance group created on October 24th, 2012. This is their fourth loan cycle. The group is composed of women living in one village and its area. The women get along very well. Their businesses are retail and animal husbandry.

Aissatou, the group’s star borrower, is standing in the picture and raised her hand to stand out. She is 29 years old. She is married and a mother of four, including three boys. She plans to continue her food business, selling meals at weekly markets in the area.

With the loan, she will purchase two bags of rice costing 12,500 XOF, five kilos of onions at 350 XOF per kilo, five liters of oil at 4,500 XOF each, vinegar, black pepper, stock, and hot pepper. She also purchases various other food products depending on her business needs. She sells each meal for 500 XOF.

She uses her profits to take care of her family and increase her savings.

Ce groupe de 30 femmes fait parti du banc villageois qui a été crée le 24 octobre 2012. Il en est son 4eme cycle : il regroupe des femmes qui vivent dans le même village et ceux des environs. Une bonne entente règne entres elles et font comme activité le commerce et l’embouche.
Aissatou la vedette du groupe est en position debout sur la photo et a levé la main pour se distinguer. Elle est âgée de 29 ans. Elle est mariée et mère de 4 enfants dont 3 garçons.
Elle envisage de continuer son activité de restauration, vente de repas dans les marchés hebdomadaires de la zone.
Avec le prêt elle va acheter 2 sacs de riz à 12500f, 5 kg d’oignons à 350f le kg, 5 litres d’huile à 4500f, du vinaigre, du poivre, du bouillon, du piment. Elle achète aussi divers autres produits alimentaires pour les besoins de la restauration. Elle vend le plat à 500f.
