Doña Teresa tiene la edad de 41 años, es viuda y tiene 7 hijos de los cuales 5 están bajo su cargo y todos en edad escolar. Habitante de una comunidad llamada Guanacastal, Es una persona luchadora, trabajadora, emprendedora y con sueños y metas por cumplir.
Se dedica a la siembra de 2 mz de plátanos desde hace 6 años teniendo también el apoyo de su único hijo varón en lo que es la limpieza de la platanera, aplicando el insecticida para combatir la plaga. Cuenta con la experiencia necesaria para continuar en esta actividad, ella esta requiriendo comprar abono, herbicida e insecticidas para acudir la platanera y que pueda tener una buena producción.
Como meta de futuro que se ha establecido doña Teresa es poder tener su casa propia y poderles dar un techo digno sus hijos.
