Monsieur Mandiaye is 61 years old and a retired civil servant. He began poultry farming in 2010. He is married and the father of six children between 16 and 33 years old. Monsieur Mandiaye, âgé de 61 ans est un fonctionnaire à la retraite qui s’est lancé en 2010 dans l’aviculture. Il est marié et père de 6 enfants dont l’ainé, un garçon est âgé de 33 ans et le benjamin, de 16 ans. Monsieur Mandiaye, a démarré l’élevage avec 50 poussins et petit à petit, a améliorer ses ventes. Actuellement, il élève jusqu’à hauteur de 150 sujets ; c’est d’ailleurs l’objet du crédit sollicité : en même temps, il va acheter les aliments volaille (démarrage, croissance, finition). Monsieur Mandiaye est encore très actif : il se lève à 5h du matin et reste mobile jusqu’à 21h 30mn, heure à laquelle il donne aux sujets, son dernier repas avant d’aller se coucher.
Mandiaye avait démarré auparavant la vente de gaz, il possédait un dépôt et avait un verger. Il aimerait développer ses activités afin de maximiser son profit.
