С 1982 года занимается животноводством и полеводством., выращивая картофель и кукурузу. Благодаря упорному труду Сусаркан, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется: 2 дойные коровы, 2 теленка. Совокупный ежемесячный доход составляет 15,000 сом (KGS). В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Сусаркан обратилась в Банк «Бай –Тушум» за кредитом в сумме 50,000 сом (KGS) на покупку теленка и индюков для разведения. Доходы от кредита Сусаркан планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины и планирует накопить средства на обучение сына в университете и свадьбу дочери.
