Mr. Mann Heum is a 44-year-old construction worker and is married to Mrs. Ry Hang, who is 46. The couple lives in Kotlokroam Commune, Siem Reap Province, and has five children, four of whom are in school. One of their children is married and no longer lives with tH.. Ry is a farmer but also makes mortar, which he sells from at his house and at construction sites. He earns about $3.25 a day. He has applied for a loan of $400 to buy a secondhand motorcycle, which he will use to transport mortar.
