Victor noted that his family's financial problems have prevented him from enrolling in a university. He is therefore applying for a student loan so that he'll be able to pursue an Electromechanical Engineering program that will add to his current knowledge and experience. Victor's ambition is to move into a better job at the company where he now works. A better job would improve his situation and allow him to contribute financially to his family's household. With such a job, Victor could support his parents and sister.

Víctor vive en el departamento de Cochabamba – Bolivia, es el hijo mayor de dos hermanos, su mamá es profesora y su papá tiene un pequeño taller de chapería.
Víctor es técnico superior en mecánica industrial y actualmente trabaja como tornero, él se considera una persona estudiosa, trabajadora y perseverante por lo que quiere seguir estudiando y superarse profesionalmente.
Víctor nos comenta que hasta ahora no pudo ingresar a la universidad debido a las dificultades económicas que tiene su familia, es por eso que solicita un crédito educativo, para poder estudiar la carrera de ingeniería electromecánica la cual le ayudará a complementar sus actuales conocimientos.
Su sueño es conseguir un mejor cargo en la empresa que trabaja, lo cual le permitirá mejorar su situación económica y ayudar en su hogar, haciéndose cargo de sus papas y de su hermana.
Víctor agradece a las personas que a través de sus recursos económicos ayudan a los jóvenes y generan nuevas oportunidades para sus estudios.
