Gladys es una mujer emprendedora, tiene 56 años de edad, es casada y vive en el Distrito de Imperial junto a su familia.
Es una persona muy luchadora, siempre ha trabajado para sacar adelante a sus hijos y poder ofrecerles una buena educación y un futuro mejor. Desde hace más de 6 años trabaja como vendedora de cerveza y gaseosas, le va muy bien porque es muy constante en su labor, responsable y entusiasta.
Gladys está agradecida con los prestamistas Kiva porque con el apoyo que le han brindado ella podrá comprar mercadería para suministrar el negocio y así obtener mayores ventas y ganancias. Con esto, y con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación ella seguirá trabajando para conseguir su sueño: "Tener su propia bodega".
