The communal bank "Las Flores" is formed by 11 members who live in the city of Cuenca. This city has beautiful architecture, culture and nature which captivates locals and foreigners. The city has a rich and varied gastronomy and their people are kind and cordial.
The members of the communal bank strive every day to provide for their families and loans allow them to inject some capital into their businesses to help them grow. One of the members in this group is Gladys. She is 21 years old, married and has no children. Her husband works as a mechanic. They don't own a house and live in the house of a relative. Gladys works selling clothes and has done this for four years. She buys merchandise in other cities and sells it as a street vendor every day, without a fixed schedule. She also sells via catalog order. She will invest the money from the loan in the purchase of clothes. Her goal is to have a store in which to sell her merchandise.

El grupo de crédito Las Flores formado por 11 socias quienes viven en la ciudad de Cuenca, ciudad que tiene una belleza arquitectónica, cultural y natural que cautiva a propios y extraños, cuenta con una gran variedad en su gastronomía, su gente es amable y muy cordial. Todas las socias luchan día a día para sacar a sus familias en adelante, los créditos les permiten inyectar un poco de capital para ir creciendo en sus negocios.
Una de las socias de este grupo es la Señora Gladys, tiene 21 años de edad, es casada y aun no tiene hijos, su esposo labora como mecánico, no tiene casa propia por lo que vive en casa de un familiar.
Doña Gladys se dedica al comercio, vende ropa desde hace cuatro años, su mercadería compra en otras ciudades y también vende ropa por catalogo, vende recorriendo la ciudad todos los días sin un horario figo. Su crédito va a invertir en la compra ropa. Su meta es tener un almacén para vender su mercadería.
