Gregoria is a 30-year-old single woman with no children.
She learned how to cook at the young age of 14. The need for a job forced her to quit her studies and dedicate completely to her cooking. At first, she was working as an assistant. Then she went on her own. “I like cooking. It’s a daily work and I feel comfortable doing it.”
Her goals are dreams and wishes attainable in the short and medium term. “My dream is to have my own restaurant and specialize in local cuisine.”
Gregoria has cooked for several years. Her knowledge comes from the experience she has had working in restaurants, and from recipes that different people have shared with her.
Gregoria now works on her own account, and she serves exclusively to her customers. The variety of her dishes has been reduced due to the lack of cooking utensils. To make her business grow, she needs to have more pots, knifes, etc.
That is why she is requesting a loan to buy cooking utensils.
