В КИВА Михаил обратился за тем, чтобы собрать средства для ремонта своего дома, который давно нужно поштукатурить. Дом у Михаила добротный, перестроенный. Однако его надо еще довести до ума, а именно поштукатурить и сделать внутреннюю отделку. Так как у Михаила закончились собственные сбережения, он обратился за дополнительной финансовой помощью.
