Christian is 44 years old, he is married and has 2 children. He, alongside with his wife, makes and sells corn and cheese breads (chipas). Sometimes he sells his products with his car going throughout all the region of Cordillera. In his house he has a stand from where he sells his chipas and in he makes very good sales because he is located in a well travelled area. He learned his trade from his parents and today he runs his own business, and he has been running the business for the past 12 years. He and his wife share the duties. Making chipas is a family heritage. Their stand bears a very unique look because when clients purchase chipas they can also see them being made. The stand is large and very importantly, it is very clean.

Cristhian tiene 44 años, esta casado, tiene 2 hijos. El, conjuntamente con su esposa elabora y vende en su domicilio las chipas que producen, y en algunos casos realiza venta en forma ambulante en su vehiculo por todo el dpto de la Cordillera, en su domicilio tiene una especie de kiosko dónde ofrece sus chipas, y en la misma registra muy buena venta y esto se debe porque existe una muy buena circulación de gente frente a su local.n Este oficio lo aprendió de sus padres y hoy el maneja su propio negocio, el cual tiene una antigüedad de más de 12 años. Conjuntamente con su esposa se dividen las actividades, la especialidad en elaborar las chipas es de herencia familiar. El local tiene una vista muy particular, uno cuando compra las chipas puede estar observando el momento de la elaboración, ya que el local es amplio y por sobre todo lo mas importante: es muy higiénico.n
