Es integrante de la ventanilla LA PALMIRA se encuentra ubicada en la comunidad La Palmira a unos 40 minutos de la oficina de la cooperativa formada por 14 socios que son de la misma comunidad, que se dedican a la agricultura.
Segundo se dedicaba a la agricultura y a la crianza de cerdos. Solicita el crédito para la compra de abono, insecticida, fertilizantes, urea, fungicida con la finalidad de mejorar la producción de sus cultivos. La compra lo realiza en el mercado de Chillanes. Su meta es mejorar la producción de sus cultivos. Su desafío es el transporte. En su tiempo libre se dedica a hacer deporte y la costumbre que más le gusta es el carnaval.
