Sikukuu is a married woman who is very hardworking and enterprising. She is living in the coastal region of Kenya. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food.
For the past year, she has operated a business selling leso (women's wrap) cloth. She faces the major challenge of seasonality in her place of operation. She dreams of expanding to become a big supplier of clothes in the future.
With the loan, she wants to purchase more pieces of leso for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
