Jacqueline tiene 26 años de edad, habita en el barrio Los Martinez del municipio de Ticuantepe, es casada y tiene tres hijos menores que están estudiando la primaria. Su esposo trabaja como enderezador y pintor de automóviles y está pendiente de las necesidades de su familia. Jacqueline trabaja en una empresa de zona franca como operaria de telas. Oficio en el que permanece casi todo el día y tiene que hacer doble esfuerzo para poder atender a su familia. Actualmente el techo de su vivienda está en mu mal estado, y el préstamo solicitado será para cambiar algunas partes del techo y así evitar un poco las dificultades que trae la lluvia. Espera poder seguir accediendo a estos créditos y así terminar de construir su vivienda.
