Issa vit dans un village situé dans la petite cote. Issa veut développer son activité en faisant un prêt qui lui permettra d’acheter du matériel informatique pour renforcer son cybercafé. Il n’est pas novice dans les crédits car son premier matériel a été acquis grâce aux prêts. Issa est un promoteur qui a des idées qu’il veut mettre en exécution. Il ouvre son cybercafé de 8h du matin à 22 h du soir.
Avec les bénéfices de son activité, il nourrit sa famille et met un peu d’argent de coté.
Son ambition est de monter un grand cybercafé espace au niveau de son village et d’ouvrir un centre de formation en informatique.
