Vinh, 49, lives in a small house in Ho Chi Minh City with his family, including a son and his wife. He and his wife earn an income running a general store in front of their house.
He started this business 12 years ago. He sells sugar, toys for kids, soft drinks, yogurt and other household items to people in his community.
He is requesting a loan to expand his business by buying a greater variety of products such as food and beverages to sell at his store.
He hopes his business runs smoothly and will generate a higher income to assist him in improving his family's living conditions.
