Violet is a produce dealer in Hoima, Uganda. She sells maize, beans and rice and she works six days a week. She is single and charged with the responsibility of taking care of one child age two. Violet started her business in 2011 to boost her family's income. She intends to expand her business into new markets. However, price fluctuations hinder her business.
