Living in a rural village of the Kampong Siem district, Yorn is 31 years old and married with three children, two of whom are in school, while another one is too young for school. The main sources of the family’s income are from growing sesame, which business she and her husband have been in for four years. Now she earns about 60,000 KHR per day to support her family.
Yorn has been with VisionFund for two cycles. Now she is applying for a new a loan to pay for the labor fees to plow the field. She hopes to make increase her income so as to have a better standard of living better and keep her children in school.
