Although Mrs. Khe O. and her husband have different businesses, they still cannot support their family well. Thus, Mrs. Khe O. decided to ask for a loan to buy a cow to raise and she hopes to increase her income after she sells that cow. Mrs. Khe O. is 33 years old and the mother of five children, three of whom are attending the local school while the others, ages nine months and four years old, are too young to work or study.
