Jorge has been a responsible man who is aware of his obligations as a father and a husband. His work is close to his house, and he gets there on foot. He works alone, and does so from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The loan will be invested in preparing the land for planting, as winter is approaching. With the loan, Jorge will also pay people to help him with his work and invest the remainder in supplies for growing corn.

Jorge's first priority is to have the things his family needs most. He hopes to keep working, as long as god provides him with the gifts of life and health. The loan will help Jorge to meet his needs of renting his land and purchasing the supplies he will need. With the work he does and the harvest of his crop, Jorge will pay off his loan and save for the family's expenses.

Jorge tiene 27 años de edad, no estudió pues sus padres nunca lo motivaron a ir a la escuela, hasta hoy ahora él se propuso aprender en un programa de alfabetización que se impartió en la comunidad, el que el aprovechó y aprendió a defenderse con lo de leer y escribir, está acompañado, su esposa se dedica a los quehaceres del hogar, es la que se encarga de cuidar los pequeños, los niños no van a la escuela todavía, en casa solo vive el núcleo familiar.

Él se dedica a la agricultura, ya tiene más de 20 años de dedicarse a la actividad productiva, por el tipo de actividad de la zona es que se dedican solamente a la agricultura, ha sido un hombre responsable que sabe de su compromiso como padre y esposo, el trabajo lo tiene cerca de su casa, el recorrido lo hace a pie, nadie más se dedica a la actividad, y su horario de trabajo es de 6:00 AM a 11:00 AM.

El préstamo será invertido en la preparación de la tierra para la siembra, hoy que viene la época de invierno, con el préstamo pagara personas quien le ayuden con los trabajos, lo demás del crédito lo invertirá en la compra de insumos para el cultivo del maíz.

El poder tener primero lo más necesario para la familia, por lo que espera trabajar siempre mientras Dios le regale salud y vida, el préstamo le ayudara en satisfacer la necesidad del arrendamiento de la tierra y la compra de los insumos que necesitará. Con la prestación de servicio que realiza y con las cosechas del de cultivo pagará la cuota del crédito y ahorrará para los gasto de la familia.

These loans are smaller than the typical loans offered by this field partner, and guarantee requirements are also reduced. Individuals who receive this type of loan also get access to technical assistance, information on good environmental practices and increased access to farm inputs like fertilizer. This is considered a high risk loan due to the population and loan purpose, and CrediCampo is one of the very few institutions in El Salvador willing to working with these farmers.
