Jose Joel
José lives in a region on the outskirts of the municipality of Santo Domingo Chontales, where he grows vegetable crops and keeps his herd of cattle. He lives with his wife who takes care of the household chores. They have four children, two boys and two girls. The eldest is 15 years old and the other three are of school age. They study, and in their free time they help with household chores and farm jobs so that they are learning their father's work.

José is asking for this loan in order to improve the fences on his land. They are in bad condition because, with the little that he makes, he can't afford the expense. He needs to buy barbed wire, staples and posts and thus have better conditions on his land. His aim is to improve the property that will be his children´s heritage.
