Senora Rosa Argentina is 40 years old and lives in a neighborhood in Managua called Sabana Grande. She is single and does not have any children, but she helps her brother raise his children. Rosa makes and sells grilled snacks for a living. She inherited this trade from her mother, and after 30 years it is her only source of income to live on. She needs to purchase the necessary ingredients to increase her production and sales. Her long term plan is to have salespeople who can sell her products, and to be able to teach others in her family this trade so they can inherit it and continue with the business.
