Vardan
Vardan is 29 years old and lives in Dilijan city. He lives with his brother and retired father. Since school, the only occupation that he has been engaged in is farming. On his farm, he has four cows and two calves. The only farm product he sells is milk. For Vardan, it is very difficult to sustain his family's needs alone. Both his father and brother are unemployed. They have plans to enlarge the farm, but the lack of money makes Vardan postpone all the plans and be satisfied with what he has at this moment.

Vardan is asking for a loan of 600.000 Armenian drams in order to buy several calves and hay, which will be fodder for his farm animals. He really hopes that this hard period is just a start-up for him and this loan will help him have a richer farm and more income than he has now.
