Oliver is married with four children, two of whom go to school. She doesn't take care of additional family members. She has a business of poultry farming, and has been in this business for a few months.
She has applied for a loan of 1,600,000 Uganda Shillings (UGX) from MCDT-SACCO to buy more bags of chicken feeds and chicks. She generates additional income from selling charcoal. She works from home seven days out of every week and sells on retail basis only.
Her major business challenges include transportation, poultry diseases, and thieves. She is aspiring of becoming a wholesaler, buy a plot of land, and build rental rooms.
She decided to join MCDT-SACCO because of good customer care. She resides in the family house, and the family has access to electricity and piped water. Her monthly expenses include school fees and feeding the family.
