Gerasim
Gerasim is 55 years old and he lives in the village Khashtarak in Tavush region. Gerasim graduated from Yerevan State Polytechnic Institute. For many years, he worked as a teacher of mathematics at the village school. Now he is a director of the same school. Gerasim is married and he has two sons. As Gerasim says, his family is a family of pedagogues. His wife and elder son also work at the same school.

Gerasim is also a perfect and skilled farmer. He has five beehives and he has a large fruit garden, where he raises the sweetest and the tastiest persimmons and dewberries. He says that the sale of his fruit harvest and the honey that his bees give brings a decent income for his family. Thanks to it, he managed to buy a flat and furniture for his younger son. The vegetables that he cultivates on his plot of land, including cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, and potatoes are mainly for the family’s everyday use.

Gerasim runs his farming with great pleasure and wants to make it bigger. He has asked for this loan because he wants to buy two bee hives and three piglets, and he will use the leftover money to organize spring sowing activities.
