Don Eliseo tiene 40 años de edad, habita en el Barrio Memorial Sandino, es transportista, tiene una camioneta de acarreo, y también es mecánico, su esposa es ama de casa, cuida a sus tres hijos de 14,16 y 17 años de edad están estudiando la secundaria. El Sr. Eliseo comenzó trabajando con la mecánica pero ahorró y logró comprar su propia camioneta y así trabaja por su propia cuenta. Con la solicitud que está haciendo es para infraestructura en la construcción de un muro de su casa para dar mejor seguridad a su familia, para esto se necesita comprar, piedra, arena, cemento y hierro. A largo plazo es comprar otro vehiculo, para dar mejor servicios a sus clientes.
