Fátima Del Carmen
Fátima is a 23-year old woman who studied up to sixth grade. She lives with her husband and has three children. Her husband works as a fisherman while she makes and sells tortillas and also sells cosmetics by catalog. This is how they obtain income for the family. Fátima has been selling tortillas for 6 years, so she has extensive experience in this activity that she learned from her mother. Due to lack of resources she could not study and did not have other options besides helping her mother. Her father works in fishing and agriculture close to home. Additionally, he sells stuffed tortillas on weekends.

She is requesting a loan to buy 10 quintals of corn for her business as well as 5 layers to make improvements to her house. She expects to increase the income for her family and to be able to cover household expenses and repay the loan.

Fátima says that her dream is to have a decent house and to provide her children with the education that she could not have. She also wishes that God will give them good lives and health.

Fátima de 23 años de edad, estudio hasta sexto grado, está acompañada y madre de tres hijos; su esposo trabaja como pescador artesanal, y la actividad que ella realiza es la elaboración y venta de tortillas y a la venta de cosméticos por revistas es de donde tiene ingresos para ella y su hijos.

Fátima se dedica a la venta de tortillas actividad que realiza desde hace 6 años, por lo que tiene mucha experiencia en dicha actividad la cual aprendió de su madre; dado a la pobreza de sus padres no pudo estudiar, por lo tanto no pudo optar a otra actividad junto a su madre mientras su padre se dedica a la pesca y agricultura actividad que realizan a pocos metros de su casa, además los fines de semana se dedica a la venta de pupusas.

El préstamo que esta solicitando, es para comprar 10 quintales de maíz para guardarlos para su negocio, 5 láminas para mejorar su casa, espera que gracias al crédito podrá tener mejores ingresos a su familia y poder cancelar el crédito con la ganancia cubrir algunos gastos de su familia

Fátima menciona que sus sueños son tener una vivienda digna y poderle dar la educación que ella no tuvo a su pequeños hijos quiera que Dios le de vida y salud
