Doña Karen habita en un barrio de la capital de Managua que se llama Francisco Morazán, tiene 34 años de edad, con dos hijos de 10 y 19 años de edad, que cursan sus estudios, es madre soltera. La Sra. Karen se ha preparado con sus estudios para salir adelante con su familia aunque se le ha hecho difícil ha logrado partes de sus objetivos y espera ayudar a sus hijos para que éstos también logren sus objetivos, estudió para Fisioterapeuta, y ahora desempeña su carrera en un centro de salud estatal, y tiene trece años de experiencia. Con la solicitud del préstamo que está haciendo es para infraestructura en la construcción de un porche de la casa, para lo cual necesita comprar materiales de construcción como piedra, arena, cemento y hierro. A largo plazo es poder seguir estudiando y así optar a otro cargo mejor y con mejores ingresos ayudar a sus hijos con los estudios para que sean personas con buen futuro.
