Se dedica por un lado a la compra y reventa de material de construcción, y paralelamente, recupera menudencias del matadero municipal para luego venderlas en el mercado campesino, dichas menudencias sirven como alimento para las familias más pobres de la ciudad. Gracias a estas actividades es que saca adelante a sus hijos,quienes estan en edad escolar, es madre soltrera y vive con sus hijos en una pequeña casa en alquiler, trabaja muy duro con el objetivo de poder comprar una casa propia.
