He hopes to have favorable results, since he doesn't have any other source of income. He is confident in God that he will manage to obtain an abundant harvest, which will allow him to continue bringing the daily sustenance to his household.

El cliente de 26 años de edad se dedica al cultivo de maíz y frijol desde hace 10 años y es de esta forma como se gana la vida y puede llevar el pan de cada día a su hogar. La actividad del cultivo la realiza año con año. Es un hombre muy trabajador, honrado y responsable. A pesar de las condiciones en las que vive, las cuales son muy humildes no se cansa de trabajar y de dar lo mejor a su familia. Vive en casa propia con su grupo familiar. El cliente Ha tomado la decisión de solicitar un crédito para comprar los principales insumos agrícolas: abonos, venenos para plagas, semillas, etc. y mejorar el terreno donde siembra que es el que muestra la fotografia. Espera tener resultados favorables ya que no cuenta con otra fuente de ingresos. Confía en Dios que logrará obtener una cosecha abundante la cual le permitirá seguir llevando el pan de cada día a su hogar.

This loan is part of a pilot project Apoyo Integral is launching in conjunction with several local NGOs to support at-risk youth and their families with funding from Kiva. This loan product is tailored to young people who find themselves in high-risk situations because they are located in areas affected by extreme violence. Loans are combined with vocational, technical, and financial training to help these young people develop business ideas that will help them generate income, reintegrate into society, and support their dreams of being productive and contributing members of society.   


Due to potential safety risks facing these youth, some of the loans are being disbursed to their parents in order to protect their identities. For the same reason, the faces of some Apoyo Integral borrowers may be blurred in photos. Apoyo Integral appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to provide much-needed support to at-risk Salvadoran youth.
