The communal bank “Sartasiñani” will begin its ninth cycle in Pro Mujer, as part of the Villa Exaltación Focal Center. It is composed of eight members, and it is directed by a board of directors of which Señora Mery is Secretary. The businesses in which the members of the communal bank are engaged are varied; among them are: selling fruit, a sewing workshop, a paint shop, selling baby clothes, and sewing skirts and sweat suits.

The loan that they are taking will benefit the little women micro entrepreneurs of whom Mery is a member. She says that she joined Pro Mujer three years ago at the invitation of a friend who is a member of the institution. She sells lingerie, and she says that she started this business several years ago upon observing how well these products sell, deciding to undertake it at the fairs in the city of El Alto.

The purpose of her loan is to increase her capital with the purchase of wholesale lingerie, which she will buy in the stores in the city of El Alto and sell later in her retail space. This work allows her to generate resources for supporting her family, as she lives with her partner and has two children.

La A.C. “SARTASIÑANI” iniciará el noveno ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Villa Exaltación, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Mery es la Secretaria. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: venta de frutas, taller de costura, taller de pintura, venta de ropa de bebe, costura de faldas y busos.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Mery es integrante, ella indica que hace tres años que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de una amiga que es socia de la institución. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de lencería; da a conocer que este negocio lo inicio hace varios años al observar el buen comercio que tienen estos productos decide emprenderlo en las ferias de la Ciudad de El Alto.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de lencería por mayor) que adquirirá en las tiendas de la ciudad de El Alto y posteriormente lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener a su familia ya que ella vive en concubinato y tiene dos hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el servicio de salud que le ofrecen en la institución.
