The G.S. Triunfadores group consists of three members, two men and one woman. They're responsible parents taking care of ten children, and are natives of Carazo, a place located in the center of the region. Their reputation is one of hard work, responsibility, and a desire for self-improvement. Unfortunately a lack of resources prevented them from completing school and they needed to work at a young age to help with household expenses. Currently they work everyday to provide their children a better future. Thanks to her work and desire to persevere Dilena the group coordinator works in the sale of general merchandise such as pants, shorts, skirts, shirts, pajamas, undergarments, perfumes, corsets, towels, body lotion, and lipstick. She works ten hour days in her business selling her products. The purpose of the loan is to invest in working capital and stock her business with merchandise so she can obtain more income in the not-too-distant future. G.S Triunfadores is grateful for the help provided by Kiva lenders in assisting low income people in poor countries like Nicaragua to have a decent job.

This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.

Kiva's Field Partners typically feature one borrower from a group. The loan description, sector, and other attributes for a group loan profile are determined by the featured borrower's loan. The other members of the group are not required to use their loans for the same purpose.
