Alejandro
Alejandro is a student who is entering his second semester in a culinary program. He has learned various techniques, both culinary and personal, which include the following:

He has put into practice the knowledge he acquired in his first semester of culinary arts to collaborate on different family events.

Personally, he has learned how to handle foods well, separating them in different methods to avoid health problems for consumers.

Alejandro is ready to start his second semester and be able to gain more knowledge. That way he will have excellent practices for the future and be able to perform in the best way possible in a future job.

The reason Alejandro needs the Kiva loan is because he is finishing the 11th grade, and the costs are increasing a little. Although he is still in college, different things are required of him now, including the utensils he will now be needing for his culinary program. The Kiva loan would be a big help, since he would start off with a lower amount to pay, and he would be able to save money for college.
